All rates and policies are subject to change at Generations Remembered and Rainbow Video Inc. discretion.

Since every project is different, "package" rates have been based on the estimated time required to produce a "basic" program.  We cannot predict the number of photos you will want included or the length of the final program.  Factors that will affect the final price include how many photos need to be included, how organized the information is provided, the different sizes and condition of photos and other flat art documents (diplomas, certificates, etc.), how much movement is desired, as well as many other factors.  

Photos & Flat Art Documents:

	Please note that photos that require extensive re-touching will be priced separately.
	Photos and documents cannot exceed 8" x 11".  Other sizes may incur an additional fee and arrangements should be made prior to our edit session.

Provided Video Tape:  Formats accepted include BetaCam, BetaCamSP, MiniDV, S-VHS and VHS video tape.  Other tape formats may incur a transfer charge and arrangements should be made prior to our edit session.  To save time you should select your video segments prior to meeting with us.

If you wish to provide your own music, on CD, we must have a written and signed document stating that you have supplied Rainbow Video Inc. with the soundtrack and that you will never use it for commercial proposes.

Rainbow Video Inc., Generations Remembered, its owners, operators, and its employees will take reasonable precautions to protect provided materials.  Rainbow Video Inc., Generations Remembered, its owners and its employees accept no liability or responsibility for items damaged or lost beyond our control.

Unsupervised Services: If there is a mistake on your program and the mistake is ours, there is no additional charge to correct it.  However, if the mistake was caused by receiving incorrect information or disorganized information from you,  you will be billed accordingly.

Since your project will be created on a state-of-the-art non-linear video editing system and hard drive space is at a premium, once your project is edited it must be removed from the system.  Project approvals must be made within 48 hours of editing competition or additional charges may result.

DVD-R disks will playback in most newer and better featured DVD players.  We cannot guarantee playback on all DVD players.

All tape stock and shipping will be billed accordingly.

Some services will require a deposit

Cancellations of scheduled services within 48 hours may accrue a penalty fee 

Services and materials are subject to New Jersey Sales Tax

Full payment is due at time of delivery.
